Our Full Scuba Review on Phi Phi is the perfect choice for certified divers who haven’t dived in over 2 years and we feel mandatory if it has been a long time since you dived. To get you back to where you need to be as a good, safe and confident diver and buddy. It is ideal if you want to return to the ocean feeling confident and safe after a break from diving.
This complete review includes classroom led theory refresh in addition to a beach session off the beautiful Cabana Beach.. After that, enjoy two open water dives at beautiful reef sites around Koh Phi Phi.

Full Scuba Review on Phi Phi – Why Blue View?
We are the only dive centre on the island offering customised Refresher Programs for each diver. Therefore, making you the best diver you can be! Furthermore, you will feel competent and confident reviewing the skills in a shallow environment before getting back to the ocean. Not to mention you get a separate tank for the session so you won’t have to worry about wasting air on your precious dive!
Firstly, before you arrive, you’ll receive access to our PADI eLearning library. You can choose to watch videos or read the digital manual.
Once you arrive, we’ll give you a short quiz to check what you remember and review any theory or concepts you may have missed. That way we can focus on what you need most.
Not dived in 10+ years? You can still book this course with us, but you may have to schedule more time for pre-study and review the full Open Water Course to ensure your knowledge..
What’s Included?
Our Full Scuba Review Phi Phi includes all 20 core skills from the Open Water course. You’ll practice buoyancy control, mask clearing, emergency procedures, and buddy skills. We’ll also review how to plan dives using a computer, set up your gear, and follow safety protocols. Our instructors personalise the session based on your ability and comfort level.
Next, you’ll head out for two guided dives in the National Marine Park. Sites like Bida Nok and Viking Reef are home to turtles, schools of fish, and colorful coral. You may even spot reef sharks. With your skills refreshed, you’ll enjoy the dives even more.
Who Should Book Scuba Review Phi Phi?
This Full Refresher course is for anyone who hasn’t dived in a long time. If it’s been over 2 years, or you feel unsure about jumping straight into fun dives, our Full Scuba Review is perfect. It’s also great preparation if you plan to take more dive training soon.
What if I Haven’t Dived in Just One Year?
If you haven’t had such a long break since your last dive, you can choose to book the Basic Refresher which is an upgrade to our Half Day Dive Trips. Refresh your skills on the dive sites if you just need a little refresher..

Sample Schedule for Full Scuba Refresher with Pool
THEORY REVIEW
– You can choose the best option to suit your learning preference because we send our full PADI Library access. For example we have Open Water Videos, digital manuals and also the PADI Reactivate course.
Additionally, if you are a book learner you can choose to read up while chilling in our hammock!
- We can give you access to our PADI Library which can be completed on your phone in your own time and even before you arrive to the island.
- Whatever you decide , don’t worry because we will review everything that you missed and make sure that you are confident by the end of the program.
MORNING
– Firstly, you will meet with your instructor at our dive shop. Help yourself to tea, coffee & water while we go through some theory and talk about the skills you will be refreshing in the pool.
– Equipment set up is next as your instructor will remind you of the correct way to set up & check your gear before entering the water.
– You will be given plenty of time to practice and refresh skills in our swimming pool with your instructor.
– Once you and your instructor are happy, you can take a break and prepare for your afternoon of diving!
AFTERNOON
– Head to the pier! Pay your national park ticket before boarding our boat.
– Time to go diving!
– Equipment set up – by now you should confidently be able to set up and check your gear, supervised by your instructor.
Dive 1 – Brush up on any skills you may have forgotten over time, like buoyancy, breathing or kicking techniques. Take it slow! Your instructor will be there to give you any tips.
Lunch – Enjoy a delicious lunch, relax before we brief your second dive.
Dive 2 – Fun Dive! We dive the best sites that we can access each day depending on conditions & on what you want to see!
Expect to return to Phi Phi Don at around 5.30pm
*2 Day Schedule* – If you prefer a morning dive schedule we can complete theory and pool session the day before should you wish to spread out the program.
NATIONAL PARK FEES are not included in trip prices.
Please bring cash to the pier on the day of diving to pay National Park Rangers directly and keep your ticket in case you wish to visit Maya Beach that same day or dive the following day.
