The Rescue Course Phi Phi is a pivotal part of your dive journey. This PADI course helps you identify and manage diver stress, prevent emergencies, and confidently assist others during real-life scenarios. What You’ll Learn in the PADI Rescue Diver Course
Before we head into the water, you’ll complete PADI Rescue Diver eLearning or manual reviews. This includes knowledge on recognizing diver stress, preparing an emergency action plan, and responding to various dive incidents. A short final exam confirms your understanding of each section.
You can also add our Oxygen Provider Course to boost your emergency skills and earn an additional certification.
In-Water Skills & Realistic Rescue Scenarios
You’ll begin with self-rescue and progress to assisting others in your rescue course phi phi. Our instructors guide you through tired diver assists, panicked diver response, missing diver search patterns, and surfacing unresponsive divers. These skills are practiced on the beach and then applied on our dive boat.
To wrap it all up, you’ll complete two full-scale rescue scenarios. This final challenge simulates real emergencies, testing how well you’ve absorbed the course content and helping you gain true confidence.

If you are currently taking any medications, or are unsure about your fitness to dive, please have a look at the Diving Medical Questionnaire. If you answer YES to any to any questions listed then you must print out the RSTC Medical form and take it to your physician prior to coming to Thailand.
