Why Take the Night Diver Course?
Diving at night reveals a completely different underwater world. Familiar reef sites transform in the beam of your torch, and new marine life such as crabs, shrimps, octopus, and sleeping parrotfish become the stars of the show. You’ll learn how to navigate in low visibility, communicate with light signals, and manage backup lighting equipment in case of failure.
What You’ll Learn
Through three training dives, you’ll gain experience in underwater orientation after dark, mastering buoyancy and movement when visibility is limited. If you’ve already completed the Adventure Night dive, you only need two more dives to earn your full Night Diver certification. Not sure? Try one night dive as an Adventure dive, which counts toward both this specialty and your Advanced Open Water Course.

Phi Phi is an ideal place to take your Night Diver Course. Our training sites are close to the pier, making logistics easy. These shallow, sheltered areas offer calm conditions and a chance to spot nocturnal marine life and glowing bioluminescent plankton. The calm water and stunning reef formations make night diving in Phi Phi both safe and unforgettable.
What’s Next?
