Dive from a Traditional Longtail Boat
At Blue View Divers, we specialize in diving from traditional Thai longtail boats. During your dives, you’ll learn how to set up and store equipment on a moving boat, enter and exit safely, and identify boat safety equipment. You’ll also practice surface signaling and buddy procedures that are essential when diving from boats.
Skills You Will Learn
This course teaches techniques to handle tight spaces, gear management, and movement in rough surface conditions. It prepares you for boat diving anywhere—whether on tropical island trips or multi-day liveaboards. By completing the PADI Specialty Boat Diver course, you’ll become a more confident and versatile diver.
Already Done an Adventure Boat Diver Phi Phi?
If you’ve completed the Adventure Boat Dive already, you only need one more dive to earn the full certification. The price is just 4,300 THB and includes your digital PADI manual.

Not sure if you want to commit? You can try the Boat Diver as a one-dive Adventure Dive. It still counts toward this specialty and the PADI Advanced Open Water Course.
