PADI Open Water Course is the world’s most popular scuba dive course and has introduced millions of people to the underwater world. The PADI Open Water Certification allows you a lifetime of scuba diving all over the world to a maximum depth of 18m/60ft.
Learn to dive in Thailand around the beautiful reefs of Koh Phi Phi.
We specialise in flexible schedules, thorough instruction and small classes. Normally we have 1-2 students per instructor and guarantee no more than 4 students. This means you get more attention and time from us and therefore we get to know you a little better!

KNOWLEDGE
First of all, the course begins with knowledge development through instructor led theory sessions. Our classroom has stunning ocean views, where we welcome you to sit and study. There are five modules of theory to work through with the accompanying manual, as well as four quizzes and a final exam.
You receive your own digital copy of the PADI Manual by email, called a PADI EBOOK.

NEW SKILLS
After, theory you will practice over 20 new scuba skills in our pool, which overlooks the gorgeous Loh Dalum Bay. Pool sessions are held between 8am and 11am and are a great way to start your day!
Learn new snorkelling, skin diving and scuba skills over 2 sessions, allowing you plenty of time to practice and get comfortable with everything you have learnt.
A 200 metre swim and 10 minute survival float are also required for certification.

THE FUN STUFF!
Finally, you will practice your new skills over 4 Open Water dives and explore our stunning reefs! Hop on our long tail boat to Phi Phi Leh and the Bida Islands to complete your training dives, only 20 minutes away. You will practice buoyancy skills, emergency skills, dive planning, dive computer use and navigation techniques.
Two dives are made on the first day to a maximum depth of 12 metres and the following day, two more dives to a depth of 18 metres. In between the dives we enjoy lunch overlooking the beautiful Phi Phi Leh island.

PADI OPEN WATER E-LEARNING
Cut down the amount of hours spent in the classroom on your diving holiday and enroll in PADI eLearning. Complete the theory portion in your own time at home, giving you more time in the water and less time in the classroom!

You can even choose the touch product which allows you to study offline on a tablet or phone!

Medical Clearance Check
We must let you know that certain medical conditions may prevent you from scuba diving such as asthma and heart conditions. If you are currently taking any medications, or are unsure about your fitness to dive, please have a look at the Diving Medical Questionnaire. If you answer YES to any to any questions listed then you must print out the RSTC Medical form and take it to your physician prior to coming to Thailand.
