Working closely with a PADI Instructor you will expand your knowledge and develop skills to a professional level. Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities as a diver. It qualifies you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.
The PADI Divemaster Cerfification is a prerequisite for PADI Assistant Instructor and PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor Courses.
Every September, we run the PADI Divemaster Camp! This schedule is available all year round if you cannot make it in September.

Blue View Divers specializes in small groups, and personal service. We value our relationship with every diver and you will be part of our team, gaining experience in the diving industry.
Being a PADI 5* Dive Centre, expect the highest level of training and safety. As a PADI Green Star Dive Centre you will learn to be an environmentally aware Divemaster and role model. Take can assist in our community and daily cleanups, and other coral cleaning projects.
We can give you experience in sales, tanks filling, equipment servicing and other areas you are interested in. Our swimming pool is available from 9am – 11am for you to practice your skill demonstrations.
Our PADI Instructors have years of experience and can’t wait to share it with you. You will work with our team to hone your diving skills until you feel confident to independently guide certified divers.
Topics include: The Role and Characteristics of a PADI Divemaster, Supervising Diving Activities, Assisting with Student Divers, Diving Safety and Risk Management, Divemaster-Conducted Programs, Speciallized Skills and Activities, The Business of Diving and Your Career, Awareness of the Dive Environment, Dive Theory Review
To get the most out of your PADI Divemaster course we recommend between 6 to 8 weeks to complete. The roles of a PADI Divemaster can be challenging both mentally and physically. During the course, you will be part of the team and learn how to handle day to day logistics.
The longer you spend as a Divemaster Candidate the more prepared you will be. We want to give you a good head start for when you decide to do your PADI Instructor Course.
Blue View Divers offers you the opportunity to put your training into practice with an optional Internship. We invite you stay for 2 weeks after you are certified to gain valuable ʻreal lifeʼ experience as a PADI Divemaster!
You can continue your education once you are finished your Divemaster Course and sign up for PADI Speciality Course.
Course schedules are flexible and you can start training anytime. If you have a tight schedule or would like spread the course over a longer time period please contact us for a custom schedule.
Price includes your equipment hire, scuba instruction, fruit, water and lunch on dive trips, tea and coffee in the shop.
As Divemaster Candidates you will get discount on diving equipment purchases.
You must have insurance that covers your scuba diving during activities. If you do not have Scuba Insurance, we can help to arrange that for you.

The IDC is made up of 2 parts; the PADI Assistant Instructor and the PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor courses.
It is a 10 day comprehensive course testing your dive theory, with practical teaching exercises followed by a 2 day Instructor Exam (IE). Are you interested in completing your PADI Divemaster and PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor?
