Travel And Accommodation

Blue View Divers is now offering full travel and accommodation services from Krabi or Phuket to Koh Phi Phi. Instead of offering every hotel on the island, the hotels listed beloware those with which we have worked where our custoemrs provided positive feedback and are conveniently located on the island for day to day activities, including diving of course. If there is another hotel or guesthouse you are interested in staying in, please let us know and we'll do our best to let you know our experience with them and make reservation if required.

Getting to Koh Phi Phi

Transfers and Pickups by taxi or minivan from Phuket or Krabi airport to the main pier are available through online booking with Blue View Divers, taking you straight from Airport to the Pier to catch the ferry to Koh Phi Phi.
The journey from Krabi or Phuket airport to the main pier takes approximately 40 minutes or longer so please take this in consideration when planning your journey.

If you are arriving on a later flight and will not be able to make the last ferry we can organise for a pickup from the airport to take you to a hotel in town for a stopover before organizing for you to come over to Koh Phi Phi the following morning. Transfers and Pickups are included.

The ferry journey from Phuket to Krabi takes approximately 1 and a half hours and the cost of the ticket is 350 THB per person one way without transport to the pier.

For those who want to travel in style or need to make the most of their time, we can organise a private speedboat charter from Phuket to Koh Phi Phi from 8000 THB.

Newly opened and well furnished Gafiyah is a short walk away from Vogue shopping center which is the center of Krabi Town.
Rooms start from 400 THB a night for a basic fan room and 600 THB for AC Room.

Good Dream Guesthouse

Good Dream Guesthouse, Krabi Town

Good Dream guesthouse offers budget rooms ideally suited to the backpacker or overnight stay in Krabi Town, situated in the main town it is within easy walking distance of the night food market, great restaurants and shopping. It is also situated just 10 minutes from the main pier. 
Rooms start from 200 THB a night for a basic fan room.

 

Accommodation in Phuket:

Phuket, known as the big island is a big city with plenty to offer in regards to good food and great places to shop as well as popular beaches and nightlife down in Kata, Karon and Patong.
The Phuket International Airport is situated just 45 minutes out of the town center.

 

Crystal Inn

Crystal Inn, Phuket Town

Located in Phuket Town near the famous clocktower, Crystal Inn offers clean air conditioned rooms situated within walking distance of shopping centers and a late night Thai Food Market with excellent seafood.
Rooms are furnished with refrigerator, hot and cold shower. Crystal Inn offers a perfect place for an overnight stay prior to your arrival in Koh Phi Phi.

Accommodation on Koh Phi Phi:

Blue View Divers is situated in Phi Phi Viewpoint Resort tucked away at the end of Loh Dalum Beach, a short walk away from the main town. It takes approximately 10 – 15 minutes to walk here from Tonsai Beach, Phi Phi Island has no cars or motorbikes and the main form of transport is on bicycle or on foot.
Everything is within easy walking distance including beaches, great nightlife and restaurants and hotels to suit all budgets.

Koh Phi Phi has various seasons that affect the pricing of rooms and availability of rooms on the island.

Peak Season – December to January
High Season – November to May
Low Season – May to October

The prices for the rooms in Low Season are the cheapest, low season on Phi Phi is generally quite quiet with good weather and occasional bursts of bad weather including strong winds, rough seas and rain that can last between a few hours to a few days.
Winds tend to come from the West, from Phuket and during rough weather the Western Coast of Koh Phi Phi Ley and sometime the Bida Islands are inaccessible.

High Season is when the island begins to get busy and the accommodation prices on the island will roughly be doubled the price in low season. In the high season it is advisable to book your accommodation prior to your arrival as accommodation is in high demand.
Weather and diving conditions are excellent throughout the high season.

Peak Season occurs during the period of December and the end of January, the prices for rooms during this time triple and if you do not reserve a room in advance you will have trouble trying to find a room at this time.
This is the busiest and most popular time on Koh Phi Phi so finding a cheap room at this time is not a usual occurrence.
Weather and diving conditions are excellent throughout the peak season.

Reservations for rooms can only be confirmed with a Paypal Deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay. We can combine dive activity booking and accommodation bookings in one Paypal request.
Any Cancellations or change of plans must take place at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival in Koh Phi Phi.
